Google introduces Google Pixel, its own phone “inside and out”

It’s here! Google finally released its Google Pixel Phone and Google Pixel Phone XL last October 4, 2016 in San Francisco, California, USA.

Rick Osterloh, the Senior Vice President of hardware at Google headed the launch, which was attended by the media, critics, and other smartphone enthusiasts.

The Google Pixel Event started at 9 AM PST, which introduced its newest smartphones-the Google Pixel Phone and Google Pixel Phone XL. These units would be Google’s high-end contenders to competitor’s flagship devices, like the Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S-series.

From the launch, Google Pixel Phone and Google Pixel Phone XL would start selling this month at $649 for Google Pixel Phone with 32 GB and $749 for 128 GB. On the other hand, Google Pixel Phone XL would be sold at $769 for 32 GB and $869 for 128 GB.
