This iPhone has the longest battery life

Apple iPhones have always been a game changer in many ways every since it came out in 2007. It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since the first iPhone came out, and after 10 (or 11, if you count the 5C) iterations, the iPhone is on top of its game. However one cannot help but look for what is the best among what is arguably the best line of smartphones.

Techradar did a battery test to see which one among the latest iPhone releases is worth your dirhams.

Basically the battery test was broken down into four tests each an hour and a half long. The phones were put to equal periods of web browsing, YouTube streaming, gaming, and video streaming from phone gallery.

The contenders were the iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and the iPhone SE. The iPhone 6S bowed out after 3 hours and 33 minutes, followed by the iPhone 7 at 3 hours and 40 minutes.

And then, there were 3.

Surprisingly, the iPhone SE lasted up to 4 hours and 7 minutes despite all the power-consuming usage, only 3 minutes earlier than the iPhone 6S Plus which gave out at 4 hours and 10 minutes. The top spot for battery endurance was conquered by the iPhone 7 Plus at 4 hours and 14 minutes.

If you want an Apple iPhone and you want to go for premium features AND a longer battery life, it’s about time you pick up the tiny wonder that is the iPhone SE.
